Agreement
By using NameWheelPick (the website and the random name picker), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
NameWheelPick provides tools to pick names or options at random and to present results, including with a spin wheel. Features may change over time. We may add, remove, or adjust functionality without notice.
Acceptable use
You may use NameWheelPick for personal, classroom, community, and commercial purposes at no cost for the public picker, subject to these terms. You agree not to:
- Use the service to break the law or to harass anyone
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service in a harmful way
- Misrepresent a draw as fair when you have altered eligibility unfairly offline
- Upload or paste content you are not allowed to use
Your content and responsibility
You are responsible for the names and options you enter, for how you use results, and for clearing data on shared devices. Lists are stored in your browser for the public picker — see the Privacy Policy.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Draws are random by design. Results are not guaranteed to suit any particular purpose. If a decision has legal, medical, safety, or significant financial consequences, do not rely on this site alone.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NameWheelPick and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, prizes, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.
Contests and raffles
If you use the picker for contests, raffles, or giveaways, you are responsible for following applicable laws, platform rules, and your own published contest terms. The wheel only randomizes the eligible list you provide.
Intellectual property
The NameWheelPick name, branding, and site design are owned by their respective owners. You may not copy the product as a competing service in a way that confuses users about the source of the tool.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the product changes. The “Last updated” date will change when we revise them. Continued use means you accept the current version.
